The seat cushion and the seat back of the full bucket seat originally installed in the vehicle are replaced by new elements. They consist of a solid, energy-absorbing carrier material, a 3D-printed elastic grid structure, and a perforated cover made of Race-Tex. The grid structure and perforation improve both the passive air conditioning and the resilience of the seat. At the same time, depending on the selected level of hardness, the upholstery has a weight advantage of more than 8% compared to the standard material. A deep sitting position typical of motorsport and increased lateral support thanks to a thigh cushion convey an even more direct feeling from the road for an experience similar to that in racing. As a visual highlight, the visible grid elements on the cushions and backrests are available in different colors.
